Must know how to manage their own time and schedules - Have the ability to determine clients' need and provide the right solutions - Proactively find the information the clients need and respond to clients questions on timely manner - Able to communicate effectively and pleasantly - Work with clients with positive attitude - Have the ability to convince clients and make business deal - Be a mediator between sellers and buyers - Any other tasks needed

- No experience in Real estate - Good attitude and health - Good in English ( speaking and writing ) - Good communication and follow up with customers - Good dealing to solved complain by customers - Knowledge on Ms. Word & Excel, Internet and E-mail - High responsibilities, good looking, honest, friendly, independent and flexible - Team work and challenging - Willing to work hard - Willing to take challenge under pressure
