• Manage organic and paid social media marketing, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram. • Manage paid marketing, digital (upstream). • Communicate Pi Pay’s brand positively and in our unique voice to attract our customers. • Maintain an organized content/campaign calendar. • A/B test and optimize social and digital campaigns. • Manage relevant, original, high-quality content (images, videos, and written). • Generate inbound traffic to increase engagement and social following, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter. • Analyze key metrics and optimize strategy as needed. • Compile weekly, daily metric reports for all social and digital marketing campaigns. • Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for increasing social and digital presences. • Deploy and optimize user acquisition campaigns on social and digital channels. • Report notable threats to appropriate departments. • Monitor useful benchmarks for measuring the impact of performance marketing campaigns, social and digital. • Manage communication and responses for social media and digital channels, comments, reviews and messaging.

• Bachelor's degree from Media and Communication or relate field. • At least 1 year professional digital marketing experience ideally as a Social/Performance Marketing Manager • Experience in reporting, research, and administrative writing skills. • Strong writing, editing, and copy-editing abilities, Khmer and English. • Very organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work under tight deadlines. • Data orientated • Loves social media! **Working shift: - Sunday - Friday from :3PM to 10pm
