- Network/Helpdesk support - 1st and 2nd line technical support - Maintenance network environment including hardware, software, and services, which including but not limited to: o Computers, servers, and office machines in the network o Routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring servers o IP PBX and SIP phone devices/software. - Supports applications including Internet email systems, DNS, public Internet, and internal Intranet Web services, and network management platforms on enterprise-wide system - Monitoring and analyzing network performance, security, stability, and improving the network environment. - Maintenance and improve the network connections, securities, and performance for the application systems between different datacenters globally, including KH, US, SG, CN, JP, and TW.

- IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equal. - Must have a minimum of 2 years technical support experience, and 3 years network engineer experience - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Must be willing to provide 24/7 coverage (on-call rotation) and participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis. Working time: 8:00am ～ 17:00pm Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday Salary: $ 500 ～ $ 800 Has 13 month-salary and FORTE.
