_ 2-3+ years Helpdesk experience. _ 2-3+ years Network, System, and Project management experience. _ 2+ years management experience. _Excellent problem analyzing and troubleshooting skills to provide IT solutions for Business needs. _ Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. _ Strong interpersonal skills. _ Bachelor's degree or equivalent. _ Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization and customer base. _ Familiar with at least one major OOP language, such as VB, C/C++/C#, Java, etc. _ Experience with IT systems and management, including but not limited in Windows, Linux, VMWare, OS X, and other application servers. _ Experience with MS SQL and MySQL database. _ Experience with Cisco devices and management, including but not limited in routers, switches, firewall, and others. - Working time: 8:00am ～ 17:00pm On Shift - Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday - Salary: $ 700 ～ $ 1200 - Has 13 month-salary and FORTE.
