-Ensure the legal compliance within the institution -Working in collaboration with GM and other relevant Departments -Liaise with government officers of various institutions including NBC, MOC, GDT and MOT etc -Support process to create new policies, procedure and reinforce existing policies or procedures -Assist in setting up the credit and legal-related forms for internal use -Review documents, contracts and forms to ensure they are legally correct and binding -Monitor the enforcement of AML/CFT policy and customer acceptance procedures -Identify, interpret and analyze current and emerging developments for new laws, regulations, and determine their impact and requirements -Provide regular and concise reporting on compliance-related updates to management team -Prepare training materials and provide training to internal staff as necessary -assist in the collection of bad loans and serving as the contact person with an external lawyer -Prepare board and shareholder resolutions on various issues for their approval -Draft, review and revise agreements (Laon Agreement, Mortgage Agreement, Contract of Guaranty, and Security agreements etc.)

-Male/ Female and being a motivated person -Holding BA in Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or equivalent -Experience with a financial institution, law firm, or MFI is preferred -Good computer skill Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email -Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, strong personality, ability to work under pressure.
