- Identify, source and secure new clients, and work with existing clients to satisfy expansion/renewal requirements. - Assist in the creation of the leasing strategy - Develop and establish well-formulated strategic leasing plans for assigned assets that are aligned to the strategic approach - Execute client service standards to ensure a smooth transition from the offer to lease through build-out of leasehold improvements, and move in as well as rental billing. - Build and sustain strong relationships with clients. Actively seek, listen and respond to client feedback to ensure alignment of their needs to our goals. - Execute the strategic leasing plans, ensuring plans are adjusted as required - Collaborate and consult internally to build effective relationships across portfolios. - Proactively enhance developer image externally through industry events - Execute the leasing team objectives, ensuring a merchandising mix that fits within each property - Manage and execute the budget for each property with monthly reporting of revenue.

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge and Experience) - At least 3-4 years’ experience in retail leasing - Understanding of commercial leasing, merchandising, and client needs Competencies (Technical & Behavioral skills) - Proficient computer skills - Previous experience with a client-focused approach to leasing - Solid written and verbal communications skills - Ability to deliver effective presentations - Solid financial and business acumen - Identifying, assessing and managing both risks and opportunities - Basic skills in interpreting financial data, lease documents and market research - Ability to collaborate, consult and build strong internal relationships - Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and to embrace change
