- Processing and recording petty cash transactions , Recording bank transaction , reconciling bank and cash transactions monthly. - Receive, monitor, and control Purchase order (PO) , monitor and manage small maintenance stock - Record keeping, document filing, control and organization accounting files - Key-in day to day receipts of cash hauling and assist in preparation of cash invoice - Coordinate for shipping finish goods and material - Assist in fixed asset control and monitoring - Responsible other concerning job - Others task by Manager
