- Overall management of financial affairs, Accounting report, checking cash flow/ management KPI - Supervising team to execute audit mission to ensure the effectiveness of the audit mission and internal control system is designed and implemented in the appropriate way - Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations were implemented by all staff and management of the Company - Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans - Manage the capital request and budgeting processes - Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction operation - Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts - Oversee the issuance of financial information - Personally review and approve all reporting packages - Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry - Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements - Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies - Report financial results to the board of directors - Other tasks as duties.
