- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and accomplish short- and long-term deadlines with a heavy workload - The good public presence and ability to interact with many types of people at different levels - Fluency in both written and spoken Khmer and English - Administrative and technical support to the Legal & Compliance Department - Liaise with government officers of various ministries and law firm partners - Review documents, contracts, and forms used to endure they are legally correct and binding - Set up the strategic plan for the Legal Department as well as the Compliance Services and ensure that the plan is effectively delivered to meet its expected objectives - Provide effective legal-related meeting coordination and engage in cross-functional projects - Identify issues and advocate effectively with the members, government and other stakeholders - Other tasks as duties.

•Bachelor Degree in management or other related fields •Three years of experience in related field •Honest, motivated and hardworking •Excellent communication skill •Excellent interpersonal skills •Fluent in Chinese, English, and Khmer •Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS project, excel, word and outlook.
