- Recruit all new employees for the wakepark, guide through process - Be responsible for all wakeboard staff regarding hr topics, holidays etc. Projects (together with HR Department): - Set up all new legal requirements for employees (HR) - New working contracts, new salary structure, working hours, holiday rules etc - Create a minimum wage, and a apprentice system - Coordinate with education program about salaries students, apprentice etc - Close cooperation with finance team about salary tax, - Be coordinator and key person for finance team - Responsible to set up cash system, vat and teach about handling cash process - Support in different projects, like Organize licenses, ministry of tourism etc.

- A few year experiences in various HR area like recruiting, payroll, contract management and more. - Fluent in English speaking - Have good computer skills
