- Leading the three different leaders of the teams: Garden, Construction, Facility management - Weekly, separate check up meetings with all three leaders, coaching them in their leadership - Budgeting for any projects - Supervising all work - Thinking about how we can improve - work wise and future tasks - Overseeing all schedules, tasks, etc. - Responsible that the Campus is always ready for any events and activities

- Have a few years experience - Speak good English - Have basic computer skill - Lead a team before - Like to work independence
