* Garden: Take care of the trees, flowers and grass - Cut, water, fertilize, ... - Collect leaves and dead branches, put to Koni’s compost * Logistique/maintenance - Maintains generator, water pump, jeep - Have a stock of fuel for generator and jeep - Move/remove different kind of material - Pay bills for ICF, buy material for maintenance in the city - Cleaning - keep entire property clean - Collect garbage and waste in the garden and put away - Clean the water filer of the house every week - Clean around the property, collect waste * Pool - Maintain the water chemistry and the general state of the pool - Provide chemistry for the pool: Salt & Chlorine - Fix basic problem, Clean around the pool - Ask company to come if something is broken.
