-Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Company’s operations including, inter alia, lending operations, national expansion, sales & marketing, product development, internal reporting, etc -Responsible for leading the operation team and support them to reach the target that have been set by CEO and stated in financial KPI as well as Lead the preparation of short- and long-term operating plans and budgets based on organizational goals and growth objectives -Develop all related policies, procedures, and controls according to international best practices to ensure effective and efficient operations for the whole company -Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and develop, manage and control all daily loan disbursement and collection process - Analyze competition and market dynamics on an ongoing basis, and report these findings to the chief executive officer -Build strong rapport to all staffs, partners, vendors and act as the main quality controller in client selection, portfolio quality management, product and processes, client protection, area selection and other aspects of credit assessment -Oversee credit and risk control policy adherence, conduct on-site checks and ensure strict adherence to company policies regarding loan files, collateral, asset registration and other requirements -Other tasks assign by CEO

- Graduated BBA or MBA degree in the field of Management, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent work experience at least 8 years of experience in a financial or banking institution. From financial leasing institution is a plus. - Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for financial institutions - Excellent organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field - Experience managing and motivating staff - Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills - Excellent technical report writing skills and computer literacy - English is proficiency, both of written and spoken Working time: 8:00 AM～5:00 PM Working day: Mon to Sat Holiday: Sun / National holiday Salary: $ 3000 ～ $ 5000 HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this recruitment, Please click and submit your CV!
