Jobs Description

•Maintain Company President's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. •Attend management meetings and keep minutes •Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate •Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) •Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure •Translate management documents (Khmer into English or vice versa) and ad-hoc Chinese-Khmer translation •Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible •Prepare ad-hoc presentations or reports as assigned by Company President.

Jobs Requirement

-Proven experience as secretary or similar administrative role, at least 2 years -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) -In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures -Familiarity with reporting techniques -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Integrity and confidentiality
