Provide excellent services to customers. • Tour arrangement & quotation. • Handling reservation with various suppliers and partners.(all services related to tour services such as hotel room reservation, meal, tour guides, restaurants, and car bookings, air tickets reconfirmation). • Update hotel room rates. • Communication and negotiation with customers and other related sections. • Collect feed-back from customers and make report to Director.

Female is encouraged to apply. • Bachelor degree in tourism & Hospitality. • Be passionate about traveling and sales with an open minded attitude. • Excellent Chinese and English at speaking, listening, reading, writing. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Good Customer services, Organizational skills • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Photoshop. • Khmer, English typing and translation skill. • Knowledge of key holiday destinations. • Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline. • Flexible, honest, hardworking, intelligent, and has good attention to detail. • Willing to works with team. • Can work under pressure and be able to manage time frame. • Ability to travel within the country and overseas. • Flexible and willing to learn new things to improve work quality. *** Salary is based on experiences & qualifications.
