Job Summary: - The position objectives are to supervise all training staff to provide the agents and agency leaders the necessary skills and knowledge training and build their competencies to enable them excel in their career. Training Director is also responsible to ensure the quality of curriculum development and programs roll out. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and facilitate the execution of training strategies to support agency objectives.  - Collaborate with Management Team to deliver the results in the following key results areas through providing appropriate training solutions and training interventions  - Collaborates with industry associations to ensure AIA’s interest is represented. - Collaborate with the trainers and DOAs to determine performance gaps in the​ organization and identify training interventions to solve these problems. - Build and strengthen rapport with agency force through routine and regular contact,​communicating Premier Academy standards and expectation; resolving training and development concerns.

- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas - At least 3-4 years of managerial experience - Sales experience will be an advantage - Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage - Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders - People relationship skills - People motivation skills - Training background and curriculum development expertise *To apply online with us, please click the provided link under "Contact Information" section below.
