Job Summary: - This role is to spearhead a project to build pool of sales managers and sales person for Partnership Distribution Department in Phnom Penh and various provinces.   Duration:  - The project could run for 6 months and can be renewed on mutual agreed terms. Term of Reference: - Develop a depository of CVs of individuals suitable for position of insurance sales manager and sales person (CV bank).  The depository is to be created in Microsoft Excel and CV in PDF format to be attached.  Format of Excel file will be provided at a later stage.  - Locations covering key province north south, central and its surrounding. Detailed locations to be disclosed at a later stage.  - Develop a HiPo talent map of key targeted organisations, which will be agreed upon at a later stage.
