Jobs Description

Job Summary: - This role is responsible for IT budget/payment and other procurement activities within IT department, by using government framework agreements, liaising with Sourcing and Office Service Management of finance department and other vendors as required. He/she will also support the IT project manager on the project cost management including budgetary control, financial planning and analysis, and provide other support to IT team as required. Key Responsibilities: - Plan procurement activity on the basis of the expiry of contracts recorded on the suppliers/contracts database, and the major projects portfolio, liaising with stakeholder on project tracking as appropriate. - Work with Sourcing and Office Service Management on key procurement, including accessing those agreements, communications with vendor. - Responsible for maintaining the suppliers/contracts database, updating it with new contracts, periodically cross checking it against the purchase ledger to ensure it is complete and up to date - Coordinate with the solution providers through the Procurement and sourcing, legal related documentation and effecting timely purchase order and payments to ensure successful closure of the projects. - Coordinate within function, group IT/Finance on expenses and accrue - Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts and the 3 year plan including variance analysis and correcting the wrong payment category - Assist IT team with the issuing of purchase orders to vendor and queries they may have.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree level education in business, Finance, IT or similar field. - Professional training, diploma or certification in relevance of the above-mentioned task - At least 3 years of work experience in similar functional environment with responsibilities - Knowledge of an electronic purchase order system - Have a good understanding and working experience in the financial service industry. - High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing - Relevant knowledge and understanding in a finance role - Good communications skills, both spoken and written in English and Khmer. - Should be IT Savvy with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentations - Good listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Possess personal traits: Initiative; self-driver, team player, detailed and meticulous *To apply online with us, please click the provided link under "Contact Information" section below.
