Job Summary: - Reporting to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role is responsible for developing and delivering the learning and development priorities and initiatives to develop the leadership and workforce capability across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate the Learning and development priorities to address the capability gaps. - Identify the external and evolving L&D trend to keep AIA learning and development agenda up-to-date. - Engage with key stakeholders to identify and align the learning needs and provide effective L&D solutions. - initiatives cultural alignment activities and initiatives to align the workforce - Manage and develop the People Development and Culture team - Deliver key L&D programs
