- meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. - to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. - brand promotion - Motivating team members - Maintaining and improving relationships with the clients - Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discuss with the respective department if necessary. - Negotiate prices with the clients in the line with departments - Ensure that information relating to the Hotel use accurate and up to date and appropriate to the target audience and market. - Attend trade fairs, industry seminars and the like to present the hotel. - Develop a contact list and maintain the relationship with those entities on the list with regular follow up and information regarding promotional activities within the hotel. - Seek opportunities to promote and sell the hotel service in the market. - invite and entertain table agent, media, FAM trip at the hotel/ restaurants. - Assist to key in the guest booking into the system when needed and respond to guest within a day.
