- Manage operation/production to make it works smoothly - Perform related tasks assigned by manager - Support code in E commerce websites/ Create big website with PHP/laravel - Work independently with assigned tasks - Have ideas/suggestions to improve the work flow

- HTML5 / CSS3 / PHP / JavaScript, experience with some frameworks (e.g. Laravel) - Word Press and other programming skills: Java, VB, etc. (would be a plus) - Experience with E-Commerce website - More than 2 year-experience in management - Good problem solving skills - Good communication, interpersonal skills - Teamwork, honest, flexible, creative ideas, hard working - Able to work under pressure and longer term
