-Review and follows production planning and coordinate with relevant department. -Prepares cutting planning twice a week. -Checks on cutting estimated report and production marker for best adjustment. -Gives direction on cutting methods and ensures safety at all time. -Prepares cutting order and fabric requisition and issue forms. -Follows up and prepares material item (e.g. Fabric, marker etc. ) to cut before production start. -Organizes cutting accessories related to sewing -Double checks on marker for the correct Style, MO, Ratio and combination of part. -Confirm number of layers spread against cutting order record. -Draws marker for stripe fabric. -Arrange returning of balance or reject fabric to store. -To protect company properties and interest. -Disseminates other duties as assigned by immediate superior. -Housekeeping, keep the work area clean and tidy at all time. -Good Command in Khmer & English. -Good for Computer and E-mail -Control marker set up. -Cutting section (Gerber Machine, Spreader Machine, Band Knife, Die cut, Binding)

-Bachelor degree in business administration or related disciplines -At least 3-years relevant work experience in merchandising, preferably with solid knowledge of factory operation in garment manufacturing. -Good command of spoken & written English.
