As the ATM Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage ATM operations across the country including ATM servicing and ATM incident management ensuring the reliability of the ATM service and making sure that no ATM runs out of cash and there is high level of ATM up time and usage. You will provide support to all branches for any issues relating to ATM and ensure all the ATMs across the country meet the ATM security standard by making sure team members follow the process with no breach to ensure compliance and prevent incident and operational loss that may impact the bank's finance and reputation. Part of your role is to work with product partners to deliver digital banking related projects include contactless ATM or Card project, central shared switch project and new ATM platform testing and implementation. You will identify new sites for ATM placement to increase ATM profit and market presence and work with Property and Leasing team to review and update the ATM Contract and negotiate with site owner on leasing terms and conditions.
