+ Main Responsibility: The Sales Representative is responsible to perform the day to day sales duties by meeting prospects, identifying leads online, calling potential clients, and conducting product demos. Training will be provided. + Reporting and Authority: The position will report to the Sales Manager. + Scope of Work: - Responsible for developing business in the responsible market segment - Report market situation and competitor’s activities to the sales manager - Build rapport with customers for long-term - Reflect a positive brand image of the company and product in the market - Preparing activities plan and report - Attending team meeting and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. - Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets - Ensure smooth communication between client and support when needed - Conduct research online to find appropriate leads - Initiate new leads - Perform any other related tasks assigned by the manager

+ Skills and Requirements - Associated Degree of business administration or related - Working level of English (writing, speaking, reading, listening) - Must have excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills both oral and written - Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process - Computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail) - Able to work under pressure - An outgoing and extroverted personality - Interest in IT products and software
