• Identifying all potential non-bank partner channels to drive sales • Develop marketing strategies to maximize sale opportunities to increase revenues within and across partners; • Initiate and implement new ideas that will improve business results for the partners; • Conduct campaign launch, briefing, road shows, site visits, worksite marketing and other promotional activities; • Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team culture/spirit; • Drive and promote all the sale campaign to the team and gain the sale recognition for the whole team; • Develop list of group clients and group credit life among the team and monitoring for the results; • Expand group partnership with COI and other potential area; • Develop new customers relationships and strengthen existing Customers relationships; • Serve as a resource person to support the sale activities of bancassurance channel when required; • Be willing to travel to provinces to capture new business opportunities as well as support the provincial sale staff; • Other works as required by the line manager.
