- Work Hours : 44hours per week or 191 hours per month - Under the supervision of a senior doctor, see adult and pediatric patients and treat them for diseases common in Cambodia, in acute or chronic, critical or stable conditions. Coordinate care with specialist and other healthcare providers as needed. - Perform high quality patient evaluations, including thorough histories and physical examinations, which are documented in the patient medical chart. - All documents (notes in the medical chart, prescriptions, etc.) must be co-signed by a senior doctor. - Interface with patients and families to ensure that care is consistent with their expectations. Demonstrate respect for patients and their families. Continually look to improve patient care. - Participate in ongoing training - bedside, lecture-based, and reading/research assignments. - Demonstrate respect for co-workers and supervisors. - Support the SKMH strategic and operational plans. - Follow the policies and procedures that guide and support the clinical staff. Continually look to improve operational efficiency. - Maintain required records, reports and statistics for administrative purposes. - Ensure compliance with established hospital policies, procedures, objectives, safety environmental and infection control. Hold yourself and other staff accountable to established requirements. - Perform other related duties incidental to the success of the clinical activities of the SKMH
