Jobs Description

• Run the shifts on an excellent level of QSC at any given period of time; • Check and correct staff’s procedures in preparing food/products; • Correct and coach staffs in dealing with customers, following service standards; • Proper use and daily use of shift checklist; • Work with management team in achieving sales target; • Implement store action plans in achieving sales; • Implement consistent suggestive selling; • Support and implement promotional activities of the store; • Lead the team in conducting Local Store Marketing; • Work with the management team in motivating staffs by recognizing good performers; • Train and coach staffs in doing their tasks; • Replace staffs in doing tasks, if there is an urgent need; • Report any untoward incidents in the store to the restaurant manager; • Conduct one-on-one training with new staffs and cross training; • Ensure correct procedures is being followed at all times; • Record wastages and spoilage accurately on a daily basis; • Regularly monitor working hours of staffs and keep track of overtime hours; • Helps restaurant managers in counting and managing stocks properly; • Daily double check security procedures both front and back of the house; • Open and close the store following correct procedures; • Work on a different shift, depending on store needs and requirements; • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Jobs Requirement

• Graduate or undergraduate student in field of Management, Marketing or professional degree from hospitality school or equivalent; • At least 1-year experience in food service operation, restaurant management; • Good knowledge in providing exceptional customer service; • Good communication and problem solving skills; • Ability to use Ms. Office, Internet and email; • Ability to work under pressure with flexible working hours; • Ability to work on weekend and public holidays; • Ability to use English both verbal and writing.
