• Record payment voucher in excel and quick book • Record cash deposit {sale income) in excel and quick book. • Prepare cash book in excel every Saturday. • Do payroll for all outlet staffs. • Do monthly cost of good sole for outlets. • Check petty cash received from outlet • Issue payment voucher and cheque to venders. • Prepare payment voucher, money collect and slip in file. • Available drive to outlets to collect and drop the documents. • Perform related duties as required by manager.

• At least study year 2 in business administration majoring in Accounting & Finance. • At least 1year experience in Accounting & Finance. • Good knowledge of English. • Hard working and self-motivated person. • Honest, reliable, loyal, responsible and very good team work. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to work independently and under pressure. • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Internet, Email. • Able to use QuickBooks and other accounting systems. • Knowledge of other accounting systems is a plus.
