- Operate and coordinate the manual operation boiler and turbine - Communicate with the Control Room - Responsible for being the Field Operator on site after hours, taking responsibility assigned jobs - Plan and coordinate with shift charge engineer to meet production goals - Assist in Investigation and attempt to solve problems that impact on production goals - Conduct regular plant inspections and maintain records of plant operation - Identification of plant defects and to be recorded in the defects records and timely inform to shift charge engineer - Assist in the issuance of the PTW process, and to have complete knowledge of process isolations for the PTW requirement - Ensure effective communication between shift charge engineer and the other operators

- Associate / Diploma / Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering - Fresh graduate students are welcomed or candidate with 1 to 2 experience is an advantage - Should be able to work in shift duties - Good verbal and written communication skills for English Our Company offers attractive salary and fringe benefits for the right candidates who are looking for career development and long-term employment with the Company.
