- Prepare payment, receipt, petty cash payment - Daily cash collection from each cashiers counter at Cafeteria and Restaurant - Prepare documents to reconcile with daily cash collection - Prepare A/R report for F&B revenue and follow up account receivables from customers - Issue invoices for catering sales accordance with internal and tax format - Filing the documents and arrange files in order - Daily cash collection settlement with head accounting department - F&B inventory control and month end closing inventory - Other tasks as assigned by Catering Manager
