* Job Purpose To monitors and purchase local supply to delivery on time before line loading and proceed in systems correctly and on time Park IV. * Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) -Follow up for purchase order/ ACC form from CSC -Created master form after get ACC form & purchase order -Upload master form in to systems SAP -Chasing fabric swatches for DTM color thread -Do follow up sewing thread with swatches for QC approval -Created PO in systems & Issue PO to supplier (sewing) -Order by website & Created PO in systems & Issue PO to supplier (Price tag & IT tag) -Created PO in systems & Issue PO to supplier (Local packing) -Follow up ACC sewing & packing Accessories status with supplier -Follow up DO from WHS Vs PO and Invoice for Park IV in SAP -Follow up & chasing supplier for missing invoice -Updated Invoice in systems (Park IV) -Chasing CI & IT tag from CSC to order care label & IT tag (critical part H&M) -Checking Price tag information and chasing to buyer update the correct information -Follow up and chasing buyer to upload the revise price tag. -Change Valuation class in systems -Do MTM form each SO for comment material(Carton /Polybag/Super dry/Shoulder Tape Hanger Loop & use stock material )
