*Job Purpose To maintain IS network operational, Hardware skills, PABX, Server & PC support * Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) 1.Networking, understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, LAN, corporate WAN, In charge of IT infrastructure support, including leased line set up & monitoring 2.Telephony, assists with the administrator and maintenance of the PABX system, creation of new hire telephone, account cost, voice email extensions, routing extensions, update information as Innovator seating, install, move, add change etc. 3.Internal Systems, assists in supporting corporate application, internal corporate servers, user, desktops, improve computer software, network equipment, troubleshooting, etc. 4.Training & Lap Maintenance setup maintain computer stations and software for training programs. 5.New Hire Administrations creates network, email accounts for new users, update computer phone list and email address books. 6.Hardware Standard Compliance 7.IT related equipment procurement 8.Antivirus protect server and client 9.Email & server system troubleshooting 10.IT hardware skills 11.New office setup * Key Results/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) •No major unplanned outage in IS network operation •Computer & telephone are deployed effectively •Leverage Internet to cut down communication cost (i.e Voice over IP etc.)

* Job Requirements a) Education & Qualification Requirements • University graduate with major in IT b) Experience Requirements • At least 3 years’ experience working in IT field • Familiar with Firewall, LAN, WAN setup c) Technical competency Requirements • Written and spoken English (for communication purpose) • Advanced Computer skills: Microsoft windows, Office, SQL, Cisco router, Switch , Firewall , computer hardware • Analytical skills (Sensitive to data) d) Behavioral Competency * Requirements/Attributes •Integrity •Communication •Team work •Customer focus/oriented * How To Apply 1.
