Jobs Description

JOB PURPOSE The position is responsible for both inbound and outbound calls. Outbound consists of conducting market survey and research through telephone interviews or surveys, explaining objectives to interviewees, compiling and recording result or data from interview or survey. Inbound consists of answering the inquiries and providing support as needed. ** JOB DESCRIPTION - Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information - Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements or eligibility - Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information - Interpret survey questions to help interviewee & comprehension - Encodes client information or compiles data from research or survey - Deal with unpleasant, angry individual through phone call - Identifies and resolves client's problem through phone call - Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.

Jobs Requirement

- A high school diploma or equivalent - Good in verbal communication.
