-Carry out proper food manufacturing practices -Safe and proper handling, storage and use of meats and sausages -Ensure the highest quality in manufacturing and processing of all meats and/or sausages -Accountable for all meats, ingredients and materials -Assist the production managers on the assigned tasks -Possess a good understanding of types of meats and cuts and the processes of production -Ensuring HACCP and ISO standards and requirements are followed at all times

-Possess minimum 2 interpersonal skills -Team player, fast and display high level of efficiency -Able to work on 5 ½-day week (alternate Saturday)
