Position Summary: The firm seeks a motivated and experienced human resources and administrative to join our fast-growing Cambodia office Key Responsibilities: •Facilitate the development of the firm’s structures to define roles and manpower requirements. •Manage full recruitment cycle starting from job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting. •Ensure positive candidate experience during on-boarding process. •Handle staff performance evaluation during probation period. •Maintain HR guidelines by preparing, updating, and coordinating with the main HR team in Bangkok regarding policies and procedures. •Perform a wide variety of other human resources and administrative duties, primarily supporting legal advisors and Director. •Process employee registrations with the appropriate ministries, and process necessary visa and work permit applications for foreign employees. •Liaise with various ministries and other third parties. Occasional travel within Phnom Penh may be required. •Establish and monitor all aspects of filing system, office maintenance/supplies, messenger services and ensure all office functions operate smoothly. •Coordinate and contract with third party suppliers for the purchase of products and services necessary to support operations of the office. •Coordinate maintenance of computer systems, telephones, and other office equipment. •Assist with planning of various meetings and events sponsored by the firm. •Process payment vouchers, and other records for the office. •Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on HR and administrative duties and keeping management informed. •Perform other essential administrative tasks as assigned.

Jobs Requirement
