- Communicate and coordinate training needs with line functions to ensure maximum accommodation of learning needs. - designing and assessing training programmes. - Support competency development plans and activities by actively fulfilling roles assigned. - Conduct and analyze training impacts assessment and propose remedies, if necessary. - Write training proposals to submit to head of department and/or business unit head for approval. - implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes. - Perform other duties as assigned.
