- Review and follow up loan recovery performance at branch level - Chase and spot check late and non-paying clients as directed by the Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager or Credit Agent - Act as a consultant to recommend late payment solution strategies - Classify and analyze late payment issues in a group to determine priority solutions with the Branch Manager or Provincial Manager and ask the Credit Agents responsible to take action - Initiate the conduct of risk prevention and recovery strategies - Train and coach branch staff on recovery procedures - Report 120-day-late payments to ensure loans are recovered on time - File complaints on 120-day-late payments with local authorities (commune and district officers, especially the police) - Prepare complaint files and perform role as plaintiff in court.

- Degree in Finance and Banking, Marketing, law or related fields - Minimum 2 years of work experience as Credit Officer - Good computer literacy - Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English - Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across branches.
