+ Main Responsibility: The Accountant is responsible to the accounting activity for Corarl + Reporting and Authority: The position will report to CFO and COO. + Scope of Work - Oversee accounts payable and receivable - Prepare financial statements and analysis - Analyze financial reports - Maintain company accounting procedures and processes - Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements - Record financial information for analysis - Advise on procedure and financial management - Develop procedures to improve efficiency - Forecast and plan for future needs - Generate monthly invoices of clients - Coordinate payment procedure - Assist with audits and taxes - Prepare financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and stockholders - Maintain account balances and bank statements - Manage general ledger and assist month-end/year-end close processes - Ensure compliance with all internal processes - Perform other tasks related to the position and assigned by manager

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field - Previous experience as an accountant or junior accountant a plus - Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge - Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system implementation a plus - Able to analyze financial records and interpret for other departments - Ability to train/motivate team to work - Honest, Patient, Committed - High responsibility in work - Must be honest, patient, hard-working and have a positive team spirit
