•Prepare contract, invoices and receipt for all sales •Facilitate the contract signing process with customers •Bring contract or documents to customers •Check and follow up with customers the due payment •Deal with customer for any queries •Check prices and contracts to be up to date. •Prepare monthly sales report. •Communicate internally important feedback from customers. •Other tasks as required.

•Good organizational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time. •Strong communication skills. •Can Communicate in English, Chinese is a plus •Have basic Microsoft Word and Excel. •Must be details oriented. •Complete Bachelor degree.
