•Welcome visitor in person or by the telephone, answering or referring inquiries •Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions •Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. •Update calendars and schedule of meeting. •Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing….. •Perform other tasks as required.

•Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. •Professional attitude and appearance. •Solid written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent organizational skills. •High school degree, additional certification in Office Management is a plus Key Competencies: •Be honest, confidential, patient and friendly. •Flexible and be able to handle complex and changing environment.
