•Assist Procurement Manager to continuously improve the Procurement management system and process to ensure the transparency of the process and materials are delivered timely with good quality and low cost •Support Procurement Manager and Planning Manager to develop the monthly procurement plan. •Develop, control, and keep track of all Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders. •Coordinate with technical team to ensure the quality of the materials purchased. •Select good suppliers for the procurement of the materials and follow up with them effectively for the timely delivery of the materials and specs ordered are met. •Explore new good suppliers •Perform other works as required

•Bachelor degree •Good Knowledge of MEP •At least 2 years experiences with related fields •Good command in English •High responsibilities •Good personality and able to work under pressure •Must be honest and hard working Key Competencies: •Be honest, confidential, patient and friendly. •Flexible and be able to handle complex and changing environment.
