- Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes - Supervise project / construction; coordinate the monitoring of construction progress and planning handle the technical regulation of the construction - Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents - Check architecture staff drawing, check the site of construction, structure

- Bachelor degree in Architect and Engineering or other relevant field; - 2 or more years of work experience with construction /real estate company - Good oral and written in both English and Khmer - Good computer literacy MS Office; Auto CAD (2D;3D) - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills; - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
