1 Check all items for sale (cold stock) during operation time and work with the kitchen to know what they don’t have for sale this day then update information to the service staff. 2 Check all communication platform such as whatsApp and messenger attendance of employee. 3 Giving the new staff a standard training.(Menu, Service and drink making) 4 Correcting old staff avoid of any mistake should not happen and use new staff to train new staff. 5 Always ask the staff about the daily job of them at least 2 or 3 6 question every day 7 Daily briefing and assist the staffs when they need help. 8 Solve customer complain 9 Others…..
