Jobs Description

- Handle daily documentation for export Sea/Air shipment (HBL/ HAWB). - Coordinate with shipper for booking and approval made. - Coordinate with shipping line / air line for booking process. - Coordinate with sale marketing to ensure shipment are proper arrange as customer require with rate approved. - Follow and comply to SOP. - Other task as per assigned.

Jobs Requirement

- University degree - At least 2 years-experience with Shipping / Freight forwarding industry. - Excellence command in Chinese and English is a must, Japanese is a plus. - Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point) - Be flexible and problem-solving skill. - Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure
