Requirements: • Cambodian Nationality Male / Female, aged 22 to 40 • Bachelor degree in accounting • English speaking and writing communication • Chinese or other languages are an advantage • Computer proficiency: Word, Excels, Quick Books & E-mail • At least 2 Experience in shipping & logistics field is required • Self-motivated, independent, and service-minded • Salary negotiable depend on experience

Job description: • Record revenue & expenses transactions and in quick books system • Prepare invoice, debit and credit notes send to customers and overseas agents • Check the operating expenses and payment vouchers • Daily check and verify cash on hand and incomes • Update the outstanding payment of customers and overseas agents • Make income and expenses report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly) • Daily checking inventory & fixed assets maintenance • Bank reconciliation - Maintain accounting record • Proper filing all accounts documents • Prepare monthly tax declaration to tax department • Prepare annual tax declaration to tax department • Prepare the balance sheet and income statement for the year ended • Other tasks assigned Interest candidates submit your CV with covering letter and recent photo sends to por-sour@gls.com.kh and chantha@gls.com.kh.
