Restaurant Supervisor / Assistance Restaurant Manager Responsible for managing daily operations, and facility. Supervise the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved. 5. Take personal responsibility for maximizing quality levels of product and service, and guest satisfaction. 6. Supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times. ** Waiter/Waitress & Service - Greet and welcome guests warmly and efficiently - Report regularly to captain/supervisor with regard to daily operation - Follow up the food running and ordering - Serve the foods and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner - Present the menu and take the orders - Present the bill to guests - Prepare and check the setting-up, clearance, facility arrangement, flower, decoration and plate presentation. - Arrange service utensil placement, napkin folding, linen collection & ironing - Follow up the pre/post service delivery - Follow up the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area - Perform other duties as assigned
