- prepare and implement lesson plans in accordance with our curriculum - regular student evaluation and assessment - supervision and support of students in a multi-cultural environment - supervise and train our motivated and talented Khmer assistants - contribute to our ongoing curriculum development - contribute to our monthly newsletter - regularly communicate with parents and academic department regarding student progress/status - attend all seminars, training, parties, functions and events of the school - create and maintain a strategically decorated classroom - maintain classroom cleanliness and organization - prepare teaching materials and centers - prepare report cards - contribute in taking care of and proper use of school materials, resources and equipment - other tasks assigned by the management
