1. Ensure that Quality Management System is established, implemented, maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with ISO standards. 2. Ensures the promotion of customer requirements, awareness of the Quality Management System throughout the organization. 3. Ensure that the company has to maintain the quality management policy for continual improvement in plant’s efficiency and effectiveness of company and yield encompassing manufacturing processes to achieve high customer’s satisfaction level. 4. Facilitates the identification of necessary resources and information that will support the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System. 5. Planning and controlling the implementation of internal and external audits. 6. Follow up the (KPI) of each department and report to management every month. 7. Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze solutions to problems arising from complaints from customers and others. 8. Control the correction (CAR) to the specified time. 9. Ensure all document needed for the Quality Management System is established and adequately defined prior to issue and use. 10. Guide the Organization on the proper application of the QMS and ensure uniformity of understanding and consistency of application. 11. Ensure that all faults or nonconformities are properly rectified and prevented from recurring. 12. Plan and implement employee training throughout the organization for quality system. 13. Verifies the effectiveness of internal communication and ensure that appropriate communication takes place regarding the application and effectiveness of QMS 14. Quality System Performance Report to management.(Management review) 15. Others task will assigned by superior management or head of department.

2-Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma degree related experiences. - At least 3 years experiences in QMR in garment industry - Good knowledge in ISO System - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage. - Computer literacy with multi-Microsoft program using. - Honest, patience and willing to learn more. - Strong team building and willing to work for long period of time.
