- Preventive maintenance programmed and Maintenance calls logging and action. - Carry out proposed renovation of guest rooms or public areas. - Fire & Safety procedures and any emergency procedures with Regular tests of fire prevention system. - Back-up System (Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and UPS Backup) - Fire alarms and its monitoring, any electricity and light failure, Emergency lighting. - Fix any water leaks (isolation points) and Hot water boiler check with Cold-water storage tanks. - Ensure all types of equipment are checked regularly for proper and efficient operation. - Maintenance request forms filled out for all equipment or areas in need of repair - All guest requests are given priority. - Plant and Equipment Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM). - Water PH level monitoring for swimming pool and other water sources. - All Lifts and Escalators. - Bathroom exhaust fans. - Monitor any external or 3rd party vendor maintenance jobs. - Waste disposal/ recycling. - All engineering department staff to wear the proper uniform. - Grooming standards to be followed by the engineering team.

- High School graduate, - 2 or 3 years experiences in hotel industry of Maintenance Skill. - Good in English of Speaking, Listening and Writing, - The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once - Computer Skill of Ms. Word/Ms. Excel, Internet, E-mail - Flexible, patient and able to work under pressure and Work as Team.
