- Ensure front desk is tidy & has all necessary stationery & material (Ex: pens, forms and informative leaflets) - Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents - Schedule shifts - Ensure timely and accurate customer service - Handle complaints and specific customers requests - Troubleshoot emergencies - Monitor stock and order office supplies - Ensure proper mail distribution - Prepare and monitor office budget - Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Management, Tourism or related filed, - 3 or 4 years experiences in hotel industry - Good in both languages of English and Chinese of Speaking, Listening and Writing, - Strong teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills, - Good communication and negotiation and problem-solving skills, - Computer Skill of Ms. Word/Ms. Excel, Internet, E-mail - Flexible, patient and able to work under pressure, - Strong in Manage whole team of front office.
